Education:

Mr. Jerzy Kożuch is a graduate of Wrocław University of Technology (Master of Engineering in Mechanics) and Wrocław management School.
He completed many national courses from the range of the management, the marketing, the sale, negotiations, the service of the customer, international treaties, quality standards ISO, path to the Stack Exhange. A lot of foreign courses (Austria, Germany, France, Switzerland) from the range of the logistics, the management in the market economy, the marketing, managements with shopping.
Professional foreign trainings in Germany (VOSS, Wipperfürth) and in Switzerland (HILTI, Schaan).

Professional Experience:

From the beginning of the professional career bounded with ZETKAMA: in 1987-90 was Process engineer, in 1990-91 was Company organisation specialist, in 1991-93 Marketing specialist, since 1993 Marketing and Sales Director and 1999-2009 Management Board Member, since 2009 Management Board Vice President.

Mr. Jerzy Kożuch is not engaged in any activities competitive to the Company ZETKAMA SA as a partner, is not a member of the company competitive to ZETKAMA SA and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the National Court Register.
